Shipping Domestic

For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is USPS First Class, for which we charge a flat rate of $12.50. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days, and take approximately 5 days for delivery.

Shipping International

For international shipping please contact info@ownpace.studio so that we can let you know the best option for your location.

Please note that time frames for these deliveries may vary based on the individual customs of the destination country. International packages may also be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees that unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for.

Returns and Exchanges

Every item is uniquely crafted by hand as individual pieces. Variations created by the application of paint are characteristic of the crafting technique and are not considered defects.

We accept returns and exchanges on all full priced, unworn and unwashed merchandise received within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returns must include all original packaging and tags, with no signs of wear or damage. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

To organize a return or exchange please email info@ownpace.studio with your purchase order number and reason for return/exchange, with ‘Return’ in the subject line. We’ll send you a return form that you can send back with your item. Please follow the instructions on the return form and return your items within 7 days of receipt. The buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs (which will be deducted from the refund amount or charged upon processing of the exchange).

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

All sales of full price merchandise are final after 14 days of purchase. All 'Sale' items are final sale.

INTERNATIONAL - International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
